Mark & Amanda Wedding Photography

Married on the 5th November 2010

Thankfully I’ve had a lot of brave couples dealing with the unfavorable weather over the last few weeks in Sydney. It rained again but the spirits of Amanda and Mark weren’t watered down. Set in Watson’s Bay for the preparations at the Watson Bay Hotel, the ceremony was just up the road at the catholic church,”Our Lady of the Sea”. Having already photographed the groom’s brother’s wedding Marek and I felt very much at home with this familiar crowd. We put together our signature coverage with the fusion of wedding photography and video and came up with a very exciting video we hope everyone will enjoy. Mario & Nina Wedding Photos

Wedding 12th November 2010

This will be the wedding with the girl and her blue shoes. I can’t help thinking of Elvis’s song “Blue suede shoes” but these shoes weren’t suede. Nina did have a fair bit of kick and so did the wedding day. This couple’s personalised vows were testament to a great sense of humour and understanding of each other.

Nina got ready at the beautiful Intercontinental Hotel. This is a beautiful location for photography in Sydney’s CBD. The wedding ceremony and reception were held at the newly renovated La Montage in Lilyfield. Photos were taken around the Montage by the water on a magnificent sunny Sydney day for a perfect wedding.

Rhiza & Chris’s Wedding

30th October 2010

Rhiza and Chris started their day at the very elegant Sir Stamford on Macquarie Street, Sydney. The theme of the day was traditional but wanting to have a relaxed easy feel. The wedding ceremony was held at St Mary’s Anglican Church, East Balmain and Rhiza wasn’t going to miss a momnet. Rhiza arrived 10 minutes early to be sure to be at the end of the aisle at 3pm. We headed down to the botanical gardens and the art gallery for photos under perfect conditions. The light and weather with a couple very much in love were the perfect ingredients for amazing photos. The fusion of video and photos capture every moment perfectly. Click here to see sample.

Lauren & Tim

Married on the 15th October 2010

It’s always a pleasure to get out of Sydney to photograph a wedding. This time I headed south coast to Gerringong to be the photographer for Lauren and Tim. Tim’s family have had a weekender just near by in Gerroa. A beautiful location just by the water. The bride got ready at Bellachara were the ceremony and reception were held. The weather was very unpredictable so the ceremony was held inside as opposed to in the court yard. Despite the scattered showers the photo shoot after the ceremony was amazing with heavy clouds rolling over the hills and sun shining at the same time. A photo perfect moment.

After months of planning your wedding day is often over in a heartbeat leaving only the wedding photos. Your wedding photos are the living memories of the day. The wedding day is not able to be re-run.

Hopefully your wedding photographer has captured the essence of the day and every beautiful moment you missed in the whirlwind.

Grace & Gavin

10th October 2010

Grace and Gavin wanted their day to be one big party and they succeeded. This lively fun couple got al their closest friends around them to enjoy the spectacular event they held in the hart of Sydney. Grace got ready at the Park Hyatt and the groom at their home in Mosman. The ceremony as well as the reception was held at the Quay Restaurant so all the guest’s day was made as easy to enjoy as possible.

Monica & Chopin

10th October 2010

With this day being 10/10/10 good luck was certainly going to be guaranteed. The day started very early at the groom’s place at 7.30 am. I had two coffees, so I was good to go. Chopin and Monica had planned their day to perfection. Both tea ceremonies and the church ceremony went to plan and there was plenty of delicious chinese food inbetween each event to keep everyone happy (yum). Once all the formalities were done we headed off to the city and had the photo shoot around Martin Place, Hyde Park and in Kirribilli. The weather was perfect and the whole bridal party made the session very easy. It was a pleasure to be the wedding photographer.

The church Ceremony was held at Regina Coeli Memorila Catholic church, Beverly Hills

Aaron and Rebecca

2nd October 2010

Aaron & Rebecca

2nd October 2010

The weather threatened all day but we managed to get through reasonably dry. This didn’t dampen Rebecca the slightest. This was going to be a fun day no matter what came down from the sky. Dressed in a Jennifer Regan gown and a bouquet from Bonne Fleur Rebecca looked stunning and Aaron matched her style so well. A confident couple wanting to have beautiful wedding photography around Sydney. Aaron proposed to Rebecca at the Nusa Dua, Laguna Resort in Bali and fireworks went off just as he asked. There is no doubt they will be enjoying their honeymoon traveling through Greece, Italy then back through the Maldives.

The ceremony was held at St Peter Chanel in Woolwich & the reception at the Royal Automoblie club on Macquarie Street, Sydney.

One of the locations for photography was held in in a park on Gale street. Aaron’s family name.
